Chelsea Shannon is a writer, museum educator, and media producer. She is the co-author of Photography: A 21st Century Practice, the new comprehensive university-level photography textbook from Routledge’s Focal Press, designed for classroom use and informal learners alike.
Chelsea is currently the Interpretation Manager at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston where she plans, produces, and evaluates the Museum’s interpretive resources including audio guides and digital interactive experiences. Through her practice, Chelsea’s mission is to connect people with powerful ideas.
